مركز التوظيف بجامعة عين شمس يستضيف جلسة تعريفية ببرنامج “عاملة شغل”

استضاف مركز التوظيف بجامعة عين شمس، تحت رعاية الأستاذة الدكتورة غادة فاروق القائم بأعمال رئيس جامعة عين شمس، والأستاذ الدكتور عبدالفتاح سعود نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب وبالتنسيق مع الأستاذة الدكتورة رشا الديدي وكيل كلية الأداب ومنسق برنامج “عاملة شغل” وتحت إشراف الدكتور أحمد عبد العزيز مدير مركز التوظيف جلسة تعريفية ببرنامج “عاملة شغل” بالشراكة مع مؤسسة إنجاز مصر، بيبسيكو مصر، وفودافون مصر وذلك يوم الأحد الموافق 20 أغسطس 2023 ، حضر الفعالية عدد 60 طالبة وخريجة من كليات التجارة والهندسة وحاسبات ومعلومات.
تهدف الجلسة التعريفية إلى التعريف ببرنامج “عاملة شغل” في نسخته الثانية وهو برنامج يتم تنظيمه تحت رعاية وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي و وزارة التخطيط والمجلس القومي للمرأة بالتعاون مع إنجاز مصر والشريك الاستراتيجي فودافون مصر وبتمويل من مؤسسة بيبسيكو ، بهدف إعداد الخريجات لسوق العمل للحصول على وظائف في المجالات التي يغلب عليها الحضور الذكوري من خلال :
· زيادة عدد المستفيدات بنسبة 100% بما يمثل 1200 مشاركة وهو ضعف الرقم المستهدف في النسخة الأولى.
· توفير أكبر عدد من فرص التدريب والتوظيف من خلال الشراكات الجديدة التي يشهدها البرنامج لأول مرة.
· يتيح البرنامج الفرصة للمشاركات مقابلة أكثر من 30 رائدة أعمال وموجهات للحصول علي دعمهن ومساعدتهن طول فترة البرنامج.
و ترتكز التدريبات هذا العام على مسارات سلاسل التوريد والمبيعات وتم إضافة مسار جديد وهو مسار التكنولوجيا الذي تقوده شركة فودافون مصر بالإضافة إلي بناء قدرات الفتيات التقنية والشخصية لتأهيلهن لسوق العمل في تلك المجالات.
وتأتي هذه الجلسة من منطلق إيمان مركز التوظيف بأهمية التمكين الإقتصادي للمرأة ومشاركتها في سوق العمل، وذلك تماشيًا مع جهود الدولة بدعم دور المرأة المصرية في مختلف نواحي الحياة.
Under the auspices of Dr. Ghada Farouk, acting as President of Ain Shams University, Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, in coordination with Dr. Rasha El Dedi, Vice Dean of Faculty of Arts and under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz Ain Shams University Career Center Director, Ain Shams University Career Center hosted an info session in collaboration with INJAZ Egypt, Vodafone Egypt and Pepsico Egypt on Sunday, August 20th, 2023. 60 female students and graduates from the faculties of Commerce, Engineering & Computer Science attended the session.
The purpose of the session was to launch “She Works Wonders Programme” in its second edition. The programme is being organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Planning, and the National Council for Women in cooperation with INJAZ Egypt, the strategic partner Vodafone Egypt and a number of partners from the private sector and civil society organizations and funded by PepsiCo Foundation.
This year we go Bigger!
Increasing the number of beneficiaries by 100% and recruiting 1,200 participants, which is double the number targeted in the first edition.
Providing the largest number of trainings and employment opportunities through our program partners.
The participants will have the chance to learn from +30 leaders and entrepreneurs to mentor and guide participants throughout the program.
The trainings will focus on supply chain and sales tracks, and a new track has been added, which is the technology track led by the strategic partner of the program “Vodafone Egypt”. These trainings aim to build the girls’ technical and personal capacities to qualify them for the labor market in these fields; Supply Chain, Sales and Technology.
